The terms and conditions apply to the use of the flamingo-yoga-maya.co.uk website, (Company). By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, (Conditions). Please note, these Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Conditions regularly before ordering goods in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Conditions.

PROMOTIONS:

The promoter is Flamingo Yoga Maya who shall not be permitted to enter into it’s own competition/s. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter into any competition/s. Where necessary, to be in with a chance of winning, entrants must answer the question correctly and provide an email address. The winner will be chosen at random via a draw and contacted. There will be one winner. The winner will be given 7 days to respond. If they do not respond within this time, a new winner will be chosen at random. By entering a competition you agree to receive marketing communications from Flamingo Yoga Maya. The winner will be requested to take a picture of their prize to send to Flamingo Yoga Maya for publication and promotional purposes (social media). No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS:

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
